Campbell River Spit

There’s always lots of activity on the spit. It’s one of my go to places when I want to take pictures and Abby loves to walk there too.

  This little American widgeon was full of activity and gave me numerous chances to photograph her bathing. She had a partner there so she may have been just showing off for the partner.

Anyway this is a test for a friend to see how he can best communicate with his friends when he’s on the road. I am posting this from my iPad but I think it would probably post just as easily from a mobile phone .
